Are you ISO 27001 certified?
ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard on how to manage information securely. The Doc Hawk is ISO 27001 compliant, ensuring all your information assets are held securely.
Where is the data stored?
All of our data is securely stored in EU based data centers. If this is a problem please do let us know and we can store your data in a different geographical location or even in your own data center with a custom made solution.
Do you process scanned documents?
Yes, we work with the latest OCR technology and are able to read scanned documents.
What happens when we upload a newer version of an already existing document?
We link these two (or more) documents together and allow you to see all these versions so that you always have the latest information at hand.
